“I am excited to guide you on the transformative journey of Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is a meditative and balancing practice where we stay in each pose for a long time to reach the deeper layers of the body and release stress and tension.

Active yoga poses are difficult to penetrate into deep tissues, so Yin Yoga is the best practice for people who want to improve flexibility, connect deeply with themselves, and free themselves from everything unnecessary.

In the first half of the class, we work on poses for a few minutes to release tension, and then continue with a gentle flow of movements.

Nane has been practicing yoga for 6 years. She is a certified teacher of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. In addition, Nane studied advanced techniques of Transcendental Meditation during a five-month course in Thailand 3 years ago.
