We're sharing a new feature that will make the hot summer days more fun and refreshing...

The dance meditation will be led by Tamara Gurgenidze, a certified holistic therapist, yoga and dance movement presenter who has been entertaining us with her magical therapies, care, and attention for the past three summers.

This is not a memorized, classical dance lesson. The practice consists of a semi-guided therapeutic process, where movement becomes a bridge to your inner world. Tamara uses Sufi principles and modern energetic approaches to bring you back to the present and free you from the frames created by the ego.

Our bodies are made up of 85% water. The vibrations of music and intuitive movement help us release old pain, stress, and emotional programming.

Without words, movement finds its way to blocks that classical therapy cannot reach. The practice helps us activate all parts of the body, which returns us to greater confidence, lightness, and inner freedom in our daily lives.

No one will judge you here. The hall creates a high energy frequency where you can move as if no one is watching you. It is a safe environment where your nervous system leaves defense mode and enters the healing phase.

There is no “right” or “wrong” movement. All you need is a willingness to try new sensations and follow your inner voice.
