On July 12th and 13th, we invite you to the last two-day intensive of the Systemic Alignment season at Lumos, led by Tamuna Zhizhilashvili.

Along with the session, you will enjoy a pleasant body-oriented practice by Eastern, manual and holistic therapist Tamara, which will add more depth, physical readiness and emotional integration to the practice of Systemic Alignment.

The cost of attending the two-day intensive is: 350 GEL

What is Systemic Alignment?

Systemic Alignment shows us the dynamics of relationships in the family system and helps us discover and heal unhealthy connections in family systems, which often repeat themselves over several generations.

Systemic Alignment allows us to work on issues such as:

• Difficulties in relationships with parents;

• Conflicts or recurring separations with a partner;

• Difficulty maintaining one’s boundaries;

• Fears that “the same thing will happen again”;

• Childhood traumas and unresolved pain;

• Difficulty finding one’s place in one’s family or career;

• Obstructive loyalty to family members;

• Confusion about choices and direction in life;

• Sadness, loss, separation;

• Sudden or recurring health problems;

• Feelings of unconscious guilt or “debt”;

• Property, material, or inheritance issues;

• Difficulty relating to children and the inner confusion of parenting;

• Desire to connect with inner strength and source;

During the two-day intensive of the systemic alignment, each participant will have the opportunity to bring up their personal theme and work on an issue that is relevant to them.

Decision-oriented alignments bring clarity to the system and help us heal connections with parents, children, partners, family members and work relationships.

Accepting past events consciously and lovingly gives us the strength to connect deeply with ourselves and become resourceful in all situations.

What does body-centered therapy include?

Group meditation to open the heart, accompanied by a South American ritual mantra;

Kundalini yoga accompanied by breathing and movement;

Activation of the 12 meridians of the body and filling them with energy flow, concentration on stimulating the heart meridian and the thymus gland at the back of the chest (happiness).

Harmonization of space, joining energy by touching hands, receiving each other;

Dance movement therapy;

Ending, relaxation and a few liberating movements to return to the natural rhythm of breathing.

About dance movement therapy:

“Dance until you break yourself. Dance with your soul” - Rumi.

Dance movement therapy is an active meditation, a technique for expressing emotions through the body and releasing spiritual, emotional and mental barriers and pain,

using creative movement and dance in combination with therapy. It is based on the relationship between movement and emotion as a mechanism through which the individual can see themselves more clearly through personal integration.
