Welcome to the 5Rhythms® Sweat with Tako.
5Rhythms® Sweat is offered as part of the 5Rhythms Teacher in Training mentorship program. I am mentored by Hannah Loewenthal.
5Rhythms® Sweat is a 1.5 hrs session. We start with a warm-up, then a brief introduction and demonstration of the 5Rhythms, followed by an unguided Wave where the music moves you and your body is the teacher.
