რასაც კიდევ უფრო ჯადოსნურს გახდის იოგა ნიდრაში რელაქსაცია და ჰენგ- დრამ თერაპია

 და კიდევ ერთი სიახლე თქვენთვის - ებელტონის პროგრამა და სოფის ვოკალი მანტრების სიმშვიდეში გალივლივებთ.

Sunday , on 15-th of January, at 17:30 we are inviting you all on another magical, tuneful evening in Lumos for the reason to awaken our inner worlds more and to reconnect with each other in this huge outside world

 For this sacral event meditation with hang-drums , Tibetian Bowl set, Rain Stick, ocean instrument, Koshi, and much more instruments will spread their musical waves

 Which will feel even mysterious on the background of vocals and Yoga Nidra relaxation 

 Another surprise- the Ebelton program and Sofi's vocal will take you on a journey through Mantras.

 No knowledge or experience is required and it can be viewed as a form of meditation accessible to everyone.

 During the sound healing the participants will be immersed in the vibrations of the instrument, that can be described as a sonic massage, as the body and mind will respond to the sound and vibration
