On Tuesday, July 7th, at 7:00 PM, we invite you to a 3-hour workshop called Tantric Energy, led by Satsanga. She has been teaching Tantric techniques for decades at the Osho Center and in various countries around the world. Satsanga's workshops are based on the movement of sexual energy in the body, healing trauma, and connecting the heart and sexual centers.

What can you expect during the workshop?

Studying tantric methods is a way to deepen your relationship with yourself and others. Tantra is based on the polarity of man and woman, masculine and feminine, yin and yang.

During the workshop, we will explore each chakra through the natural magnetic attraction between men and women.

Tantric energy is pure biological energy in the first chakra, and divine nourishment in the fourth chakra, or heart. Bringing sexual energy from the first chakra to the fourth chakra is an art that takes time and practice. This workshop will be the first step on this path.

In order to reach a higher level of unity of body, mind, and spirit, our senses need to be sharpened. Enhancing our senses is an essential part of Tantra. Tantric practices help us connect with the natural flow of life energy within our bodies.

Through meditations and practices during the workshop, we will begin to move from a mind full of unrealistic images and fantasies to a heart, a tantric heart that is sensitive and full of love.

During the workshop, we will examine our ability to feel and move energy. This requires authenticity and allows us to experience true closeness to ourselves. Tantric energy can only be experienced directly, because given its nature, it cannot be explained with theory and words alone.

The main goal is to find our most sensitive, vibrant, and natural expression and to move with ease in the waves that represent the most powerful life force in our body. This is an art that can be learned.
