
Regular Classes
This practice harmoniously combines all the related practices of yoga, psychotechnics, and relaxation and concentration exercises that Tamta has personally tested on herself. The goal of this diverse and balanced practice is to connect with ourselves in fluid ways.
An individual approach creates more space for the practitioner to observe themselves, their sensations, and the changes in their body during and after the asana, which creates a safe environment to avoid injury, making yoga practice more enjoyable, healing, and relaxing.
My practice mainly includes Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Kundalini Yoga from the Bhajan school.
However, in addition to these two streams, I use techniques from various yoga streams, therapeutic and healing exercises in my classes.
