An individual approach creates more space for the practitioner to observe themselves, their sensations, and the changes in their body during and after the asana, which creates a safe environment to avoid injury, making yoga practice more enjoyable, healing, and relaxing.
During the classes, we will study all the common Qigong complexes that are especially beneficial for our health. Among them, Baduanjin is one of the most popular Qigong complexes, which has a history of more than 800 years. It is also known as the "8 Precious Movements". The complex includes eight individual exercises, each of which is associated with a certain organ, muscle group and energy channels.
🐚 The choir brings together those who want to discover their own voice, experience the joy of group singing and the power of unity through music.
🌊 The Lumos choir will work systematically and will participate in holistic festivals, musical evenings, retreats, hikes and celebrations.
