Regular Classes
This practice harmoniously combines all the related practices of yoga, psychotechnics, and relaxation and concentration exercises that Tamta has personally tested on herself. The goal of this diverse and balanced practice is to connect with ourselves in fluid ways.
An individual approach is the best way to get to know yourself in different bodily forms, to be "here and now" and to deeply feel the benefits of asanas on both a physical and mental level.
An individual approach creates more space for the practitioner to observe themselves, their sensations, and the changes in their body during and after the asana, which creates a safe environment to avoid injury, making yoga practice more enjoyable, healing, and relaxing.
This evening yoga class is suitable for people of all physical abilities. Moreover, this method is best suited if your health or physical condition requires special consideration. Be it spinal pathologies, excess weight, or something else. An individual approach to yoga implies the freedom of the student under the supervision of an instructor.
This is the best way to delve deeper into your own body and begin to listen to and understand it.
My practice mainly includes Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Kundalini Yoga from the Bhajan school.
However, in addition to these two streams, I use techniques from various yoga streams, therapeutic and healing exercises in my classes.
"I discovered 5Rhythm at a point in my life when I was having a hard time expressing my feelings verbally. Since then, I have felt every time how this practice helps me to embody, develop, and learn. At our meetings, I will try to share with you the techniques that have helped me in this process."
