An individual approach creates more space for the practitioner to observe themselves, their sensations, and the changes in their body during and after the asana, which creates a safe environment to avoid injury, making yoga practice more enjoyable, healing, and relaxing.
This ancient Chinese healing practice with soft and slow movements: safely restores joint and muscle mobility, improves coordination and breathing, increases vital energy and tone, and is easily adapted to people of any physical ability. We would also like to address our children and grandchildren: encourage your mothers, fathers, grandparents — start pushing them, lend them your voice!
During the classes, we will study all the common Qigong complexes that are especially beneficial for our health. Among them, Baduanjin is one of the most popular Qigong complexes, which has a history of more than 800 years. It is also known as the "8 Precious Movements". The complex includes eight individual exercises, each of which is associated with a certain organ, muscle group and energy channels.
