We chose the name of our studio from a very dear and beloved book, Harry Potter. "Lumos" is a spell that emits a stream of light from a magic wand, and Lumos is a gathering place for people who want to be healthy and happy, who care about the environment, and who can both receive and give support.
Lumos stands on several pillars:
Stay healthy: Yogic and therapeutic practices heal the body, keep us active and help keep our minds calm in the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Care: We believe that all beings have rights and that their interests should be taken into account, regardless of whether these interests benefit humans or not.
Be receptive: Our doors are open to anyone, regardless of their background, orientation, or form of self-expression.
Support: By helping each other, we increase our own potential and strengthen ourselves. Live to learn: Everyone truly "experienced" is always a beginner. The chance to learn something new is everywhere.

The story of Lumos began 9 years ago with one small but cozy studio. Now, in the heart of the city, our studio, hidden in greenery, unites four independent training spaces. In the calm and cozy environment of Lumos, you will find a variety of yoga classes, therapeutic and developmental practices. Lumos is not only a physical space, but also a community of people united by common values, who believe in diversity, care, acceptance and mutual support on the path of constant growth
