Mornings should start with relaxation, not back pain… Lumos’ new “Yoga for the Spine” course is designed to help you connect more with your body, strengthen your spine, relieve stress, and breathe freely throughout the day.
Our teacher, Salome, has already helped countless people overcome spinal discomfort, and she will teach you how to perform exercises that will help you heal your spine;
Strengthen the muscles around your spine so that you have reliable support
Improve spinal flexibility, and regain both physical and spiritual lightness.

will be held every Tuesday and Thursday, from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
