About the event
On Tuesday, February 11, at 7:00 PM, Lumos invites you to a free open class of the new one-month Shadow Yoga course, led by her own name, a certified Shadow Yoga teacher, Irina Museliani.
The course duration is one month: from February 18 to March 13.
Meetings will be held: every Tuesday and Thursday, 19:00-20:15.
The cost of the course is: 240 GEL.
What will we learn during the one-month course?
Chaya Yoddha Sanchalanam, the second dynamic series of the Shadow Yoga school, combines sun forms (such as Surya Namaskar) and warrior forms (spiral movements) and resembles a dance.
