Languages: Georgian/English
Session cost: 260 GEL
Couple - 320 GEL
Session duration: 2 - 2.5 hours Individual sound therapy will be led by Nelly Agirba, a meditation teacher, musician, practitioner of music therapy and sound-vibration therapy.
An individual sound therapy session is tailored to a person's energy state, internal processes and individual needs.
Instruments of various frequencies and properties are used during sound therapy: quartz crystal and Tibetan bowls; gongs; Celtic harp; shaman drum; voice; other ethnic and healing instruments;
Session Goals:
To shed light on the shadowed layers;
To caress and transform deep fears, pains and blocks;
To promote the harmonization of body, heart and soul; To remember one's own essence;
To deepen the connection with divine nature, with the source.
Session Effects:
Deep physical relaxation and deepening of inner peace; A feeling of lightness and freedom;
Clarity of perception and mind;
To ease emotional burdens;
To awaken issues that have been hidden deep within, which leads to changes in everyday life;
Individual sound therapy is an opportunity to disconnect from the “noise” of the outside world, relax, switch the nervous system to relaxation mode and, thus, begin the process of self-healing on the physical, emotional and mental levels, which results in purification, remembering one’s own essence, inner silence, restoration of strength and switching the vibrational frequency of consciousness.
During the session, herbal tea is used.
Sound therapy is preceded by a small preparatory practice - movement, awareness, breathing, centering, releasing attention and energy from the physical body.
The meeting ends with a return to the present time and space and the process of integrating the experience gained begins.
Keep in mind that sound therapy can bring you both a feeling of peace and lightness, but at the same time it can be an impetus for self-deepening, reassessment and transformation, which is individual and depends on readiness.
Recommendations for preparing for a sound therapy session:
To get the most out of the therapy and to respect the process, it is advisable to:
Wear loose, natural fabric clothing;
Refrain from eating at least 2 hours before the session;
Do not consume meat and alcohol on the day of the session; It is advisable to take a break from external information, including social networks, at least 1 hour before the meeting.
If desired, you can start such a cleansing 2-3 days in advance - this way you will increase the depth and degree of integration of the session.
Post-session support: The cleansing-reorganization process initiated during the process continues for some time. There may be an increase in the frequency of lightness, joy, a period of introspection, or heightened emotionality.
Recommendations for integration: Stay in silence for a long time;
Take water for cleansing (for drinking and rinsing);
Use the practice of stream-of-consciousness journaling;
After the session, you have the opportunity to have contact with a therapist for a week, who will help you with integration and, if necessary, recommend additional practices or ways of support.
