Shiatsu - Japanese restorative therapy:
Shiatsu is one of the most popular methods of Japanese restorative therapy, also known as Japanese physiotherapy. Shiatsu involves applying pressure with the fingers and palms on the energy meridians that run through the human body, which relieves the patient of stress, helps the body restore energy, and activates blood circulation. Shiatsu also involves vibration, mobilization, fascial activation, stretching, and Japanese chiropractic.

Reflexology (feet, face, hands):
A holistic therapy used in ancient civilizations and known as self-balancing of the body and mind. This technique involves the treatment and stimulation of peripheral nerve endings on the feet, hands, or face. Reflexology improves blood circulation, relieves tension, and restores both the energetic and endocrine balance of the body. After several sessions, a person feels calmer, sleeps better, and their mood and organ function improve. The effects of each session last for 48 hours, during which the body self-balances.

Face and head (sacrocranial) therapy: Releases tension in the fascia, or connective tissue of the body, by stimulating multi-reflex points on the face, skull, neck, and sacrum. The method involves deep relaxation, strengthens immunity, eliminates toxins, cleanses lymph through reflex processing of the lymph nodes, calms the nervous system, and reduces stress. Natural essential oils and the scent of sacred wood are used during the therapy.

Neurosedative Shiatsu (Relaxation): Relaxation, or restorative Shiatsu, involves activating points on the face and skull, which quickly connect to the central nervous system and cause deep relaxation. During relaxation, restorative processes are activated in the body. The method is based on points on the meridians of traditional Chinese medicine, which, by influencing them, calm the nervous system and achieve self-harmonization of the human mind and physical body.
