During the classes, we will study all the common Qigong complexes that are especially beneficial for our health. Among them, Baduanjin is one of the most popular Qigong complexes, which has a history of more than 800 years. It is also known as the "8 Precious Movements". The complex includes eight individual exercises, each of which is associated with a certain organ, muscle group, and energy channels.

The basis of Qigong is breathing practice, because it is breathing that connects the body, mind, and the energy of "qi". It is believed that correct breathing nourishes the organs, strengthens the nerves, and calms the mind.
