Vinyasa Yoga Mix combines several directions of yoga and allows you to individually adapt to beginners and experienced practitioners.
The selected basic asanas (poses), first of all, correspond to the lifestyle of a modern person, such as less movement during the day, a stressful and unhealthy environment. Therefore, the practice serves to improve the quality of life and increase resilience to a stressful environment. Along with strength and mobility exercises, time is also devoted to breathing and relaxation exercises in the class.

Since each asana (pose) has several simple and relatively complicated versions, the practice can be suitable for people of any age and physical condition, including adolescents and pregnant women. Even experienced practitioners can practice in class to achieve their goals.
