On March 27, 28, and 29, Lumos invites you to a three-day Taoist retreat in Tsemshi, led by our Qigong teacher, Maggie, and our senior Tai Chi instructor, Yuri.
What awaits you at Rithrit?
We will start the morning with a jog - gentle, slow movements that calm the nervous system, restore energy, and prepare us for the day.
In the afternoon and evening we will have Tai Chi practices - movement in meditation, where the body and breath unite in one rhythm.
Taoist practices, at first glance, are simple, but:
Causes a surge of energy;
Improves mood;
Balances body and mind;
Teaches us how to deal with everyday challenges
Provides impetus for daily, independent practice.
In addition to experience, Ritriti is fully adapted for beginners - no prior experience is required.

At the energy points (acupressure) workshop
You will learn:
How to help ourselves and others during times of pain and stress;
How to deal with fatigue and lack of energy;
How to relieve discomfort in specific organs
Sound therapy - for deep relaxation and restoration;
Lots of walks in the woods and breathing exercises
Time to be alone with yourself;
Hotel "Gantiadi" will once again host us in Tsemi - a cozy environment, comfortable rooms, and proximity to the forest, which will allow us to fully relax and return to nature.

The price includes:
Hotel accommodation;
Two vegetarian meals;
Attend all practices;
The price does not include travel. Participants will be assigned to their own vehicles.
Departure — Friday at 09:00;
Retreat cost: 490 GEL
Registration requires a deposit of 50% of the cost of attending the practice, with the remaining amount due in full by March 5th.
In case of cancellation before March 5, you will receive a full refund, minus 50 GEL administration fee;
Any amount paid after March 15 will not be refunded.
