Breathing therapy

On Saturday, May 24, at 7:00 PM, we invite you to a breathing therapy session at Lumos, led by Tina Kukhianidze, a facilitator of the self-awareness process. Tina works both with teams in organizations and individually and mainly uses somatic, meditation techniques and systemic alignments. Regardless of how the process takes place, the goal of self-awareness is for a person to take another, “imaginary” step closer to themselves.


Chakra Loop Breathing is an active breathing practice that is directed at the energy centers in the body. The process is dynamic, and the breathing is intense, which often ends with a cathartic result.


By actively inhaling and exhaling, using the body and directing attention to different centers, we create so-called loops (closed circles) between the chakras, thereby freeing the centers from tension - from what we have accumulated for a long time and do not need in anything.


After breathing therapy:


Energy begins to move more freely in the centers;


We feel lightness in the body;


Daily life is more full of life.


Attending breathing therapy is possible for everyone, it is advisable to dress comfortably and not eat for a certain time before the practice.


The cost of attending breathing therapy is: 70 GEL
