🌱 It is not things and material values that give meaning and interest to our lives, but a close connection with our inner world. When we lose this connection with our own emotions and inner energy, the primitive part of our brain (“chimpanzee”) takes over and we seek external success, status, or material goods to fill the inner void. And no matter how much we get, we always want more. The reason is simple: we are looking for what we really lack, but in the wrong place and in the wrong way. The feeling of being stuck in one place in life arises precisely in order to look deeper into ourselves and restore connection with our inner world.
🌱This workshop aims to show you how to achieve lasting inner change through body-centered and group therapy methods.
Remember that you are not stuck in life - you just need to know how to connect with yourself more deeply and then put it into practice. We work with the body because it is in the body that all blocked emotions and repressed energy are stored.
✨ In each workshop session, we will first present a theoretical part that addresses one specific aspect of change. After that, you will work in pairs and share with each other in Georgian how this topic affects your life.
After this, time will be devoted to body-centered practices or group therapy that will help you achieve real changes in this direction.
This intensive workshop will be ideal for those who work with themselves or clients to implement long-term changes through body-centered therapy techniques.
❣️ Please note that sessions may be emotionally intense and confrontational. Therefore, please make sure you are prepared for this.
The workshop will be conducted in simple, conversational English, without technical terminology, so a basic level of English is sufficient to participate. 👉 Pre-registration for the course is required via the registration link below.
