A sense of personal power is the foundation of all relationships - if you don't realize it, you probably don't have control over the situation and someone else does it for you. Personal power comes from the word "no!", which protects us and helps us set boundaries. When we say "no" confidently and with complete clarity, we feel stronger inner strength, security and become more open to life. It is difficult for us to boldly express our opinion when our "no" is weak or when we are governed by social pressure.
On the first weekend of May, we will work on how to regain control of our lives.
On May 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, at Lumos, we invite you to a three-day series of workshops on body-centered therapeutic techniques, led by renowned British body-centered therapist, Devraj Sandberg.
For over 20 years, Devi has been leading intensive therapeutic workshops around the world and is the author of several books on body-centered therapy.
In each session, we will show you a presentation where we will clearly see when and how we “give away” our power to others. Then we will work in pairs and share with each other how this affects us personally and how it affects our lives. After this, we will work within a therapeutic structure that will help us resolve and correct this issue. After the workshop, you will feel better about your own personal power and authority, which will allow you to take control of your own life.
Please note that the sessions may be emotionally intense and confrontational at times, so please make sure you are prepared for this.
The workshop will be conducted in simple, conversational English, without technical terminology, so basic English knowledge is sufficient to participate.

Saturday and Sunday 11:00 - 18:00;
The maximum number of attendees is: 16 people.
Workshop cost:
3 days - 460 GEL;
Friday only - 90 GEL;
It is possible to pay the amount in two installments. The first installment is due by April 15, and the second installment is due one week before the workshop.
If you cancel your registration before April 25, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid, minus an administrative fee of 50 GEL.
If registration is canceled three days in advance, the amount will not be refunded.
