OSHO Nadabrahma Meditation
Luna, Tina, Miro
May 18 - 24
Osho Meditation Week continues at Lumos.
This week, the Nadabrahma meditation will be led by Miro, Tina, and Luna.
What is Osho's Nadabrahma Meditation?
Nadabrahma meditation is a practice that involves sound vibrations, hand movements, and silence, and unites the body, mind, and spirit. Nadabrahma meditation is a particularly effective practice for relieving stress, restoring emotional balance, and returning to a state of inner peace.
The process consists of three stages:
First stage: Humming; the body and mind begin to vibrate in synchrony, and the participant becomes an observer. At this time, we are freed from suppressed emotions and energies.
Second stage: circular movement of the hands; at this time, energy begins to move - receiving and giving are balanced, equilibrium is restored, and a harmonious connection with oneself and the outside world is established.
Stage Three: The Phase of Silence; during this time we can tap into our inner depths, find peace within ourselves, and begin real transformation.
How can Nadabrahma meditation help us? To relax and find peace; to open new energy flows; to release emotions; to restore a harmonious connection with ourselves and the world.
