Power yoga

Power Yoga combines Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with fitness elements.
Unlike traditional yoga practices, the emphasis here is not on relaxation, but on activating energy, increasing strength and muscle mass, and strengthening the cardiovascular system. Movements are intensively combined with proper breathing, with maximum precision.
During the course, we will discuss in detail such poses and combinations as plank, warrior and triangle variations, transitions, also known as "chaturangas", and sun salutations.
How can such an active, strength-building practice help us?
Because this type of workout is quite intense and active, it is effective for weight loss and body shaping, as well as increasing productivity and boosting our overall energy levels. We will end each workout with a relaxation pose, which in yoga is called Shavasana , which will redistribute energy throughout the body and fill us with a pleasant feeling of lightness.
During the course, you will also receive recommendations regarding appropriate nutrition and will face the summer season with more refined, defined shapes, a healthy body, and an elevated mood, which will be a prerequisite for an active and interesting vacation.
