Pratyahara ceremony at Lumos

Miro and Yuri

July 16 20:30 - 22:30

Pratyahara, the fifth limb of the eightfold path of yoga, is a state where the sense organs are stilled and only the observer remains.

This is an ancient tantric yogic practice that was passed down to Yuri Lomidze, the oldest master of Lumos Taoist practices, by his teacher decades ago.

🌿 What does the Pratyahara ceremony involve?

The process gently, step by step, prepares us for deep relaxation:

✨ Qigong to awaken the body and activate energy;

✨ Activation of energy points;

✨ Sound therapy, led by Miro, accompanied by the Australian Aboriginal instrument, the didgeridoo;

✨ Guided pratyahara practice for deep relaxation.

The practice is performed entirely in a lying or sitting position.

✨ What will you gain from the guided practice of Pratyahara?

• Deep relaxation;

• Calming the nervous system;

• Energy recovery;

• Turning attention inward;

• And perhaps a direct experience that you are more than just a body.

🌱 Anyone can attend the practice without prior experience or special preparation.

  • Please pay the attendance fee in advance:

    Attendance - 70 GEL

    🌱 Registration requires full payment. If you cancel your registration three days in advance, the amount will not be refunded. To complete your registration, you must send a receipt for the payment.
