Participation in the course does not require any kind of preparation, including physical preparation, and will be especially interesting and useful for those who want to deeply understand their own inner vital energy and establish a harmonious relationship with it.

Osho's active meditation techniques;

Body-oriented practice - bioenergetics (working on emotional armor);

“Rebirth” (breathing technique);

Tantric practices for raising energy;

Art Therapy - Healing Meditation (Sat Nam Rasayan).

The course will start on October 13th and will include 12 meetings over a month and a half -

Every Tuesday and Thursday - at 8:00 PM.

The course is authored and based on Temo's 20 years of experience leading meditative therapeutic practices.

About the topic:

Temo began his personal yoga practice in 2002, having completed Kundalini Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher training courses in Moscow, and in 2005, a yoga course in India, at the Vijay Omar School. Temo is also a master of the Reiki healing method. Since 2016, he has been interested in Osho's dynamic meditation techniques, holotropic breathing, and other cathartic practices.

Currently, Temo leads a 5-body yoga class at Lumos, in addition to being a facilitator of Osho dynamic meditations, tantric practices, and a variety of retreats. Temo's classes are diverse and harmoniously combine work with the physical, emotional, and energetic body.

What is the goal of the course?

The main focus of the course is to release pent-up vital energy and restore complete harmony with this unique energy, because from birth throughout life we accumulate many obstructive experiences - each pent-up impulse, unexpressed emotion, and imposed social concepts prevent us from feeling our inner vital energy.
