On December 5, 6 and 7, at Lumos, we invite you to a three-day series of workshops on body-centered therapeutic techniques, led by renowned British body-centered therapist, Devraj Sandberg.

Dev has been leading intensive therapeutic workshops around the world for over 20 years and is the author of several books on body-centered therapy.

Who is the workshop series for?

For those who want to make profound changes in their lives and are ready to work with their bodies, as our bodies store traumas and past experiences. The process of working with the body is intense, so it is important that those wishing to participate in the workshop are ready to receive new, powerful experiences, which are often spontaneous and full of surprises.

The workshop series will be dedicated to learning 5 different body-based therapy techniques so that you can use them independently at home after the workshop.

What does the workshop schedule look like?

Friday evening: Working on expressing basic emotions using gibberish, shaking, dancing, and other similar techniques.

Saturday morning: Studying bioenergetic techniques - working on patterns and energy blocks through body posture, breathing, and sensation.

Saturday afternoon: Working on Reichian armor segments and pelvis - through various practices, we will work on the armor system located in the body according to Wilhelm Reich.

Sunday morning: Expressing negative emotions - we will work on expressing anger and other negative emotions.

Sunday afternoon: Rebirth - this breathing technique involves deep breathing. The sensations caused in the body return us to the state of being in the womb, and at this time we naturally, without any effort, free ourselves from trauma.
