The path to wholeness, harmony and freedom
Study thoroughly and continue practicing independently.
This in-depth approach to working with the physical structure aims to bring wholeness and clarity to life. Tai Chi & Qigong practice combines the external, practical side of Tai Chi with the deep inner work of Qigong, creating a powerful and effective tool for transformation.
There are four main pillars of the combined practice of Tai Chi & Qigong:
Qigong observation, or conscious work: observing movement, the flow of the sky, and sensations to awaken inner sensitivity.
Physical practice of Qigong: Physical exercises performed in a state of maximum relaxation and stretching to release blockages in the body.
Tai Chi (Principle of Action): The art of exercising one's will through conscious action or inaction that is in accordance with environmental conditions.
Dynamic "combat" forms of Tai Chi: involve developing a structure of stability and interaction when external conditions require immediate reaction or adaptation.
The Tai Chi & Qigong methodology clearly distinguishes two stages that form the basis of human development:
Body regulation through grounding is the technical foundation of Qigong, without which further progress is impossible. Grounding = centering + balance + relaxation. At this time, we create physical support, release excess tension and balance biological processes. This state of stability allows a person to maintain physical and systemic balance at all times.
This is a state where the body, mind, and spirit function as a unified system. Wholeness becomes the basis for inner freedom and openness to the world. When the center is solid, there is no need to defend against external challenges. If grounding is the tuning of a musical instrument, wholeness is the ability to play it skillfully.
What are the benefits of practicing Tai Chi & Qigong?
In-depth healing based on a deep understanding of physiology and bioenergetics. Step by step, wholeness is achieved through body regulation, allowing a person to be as effective and harmonious as possible at every stage of life.
The motto of Tai Chi-Qigun is: Find support within yourself to act in the world with complete clarity and power.
