🍃 On October 23, 24 and 25, Lumos invites you to Nunisi for a three-day Taoist practice retreat , led by Yuri Lomidze , Lumos Tai Chi and Qigong Senior Master, and Teona Shalamberidze , Qigong and Tai Chi instructor.

💚 It is easier to feel and absorb Taoist dynamic meditations in nature, so this rhythm will be the best first step for those who have not tried it yet, but want to feel the benefits of these distinctive Eastern practices.

🌟 What awaits you at Rithrit?

🌿 We will start the morning with jogging - soft, slow, simple movements that calm the nervous system, restore energy balance, and prepare us for the day.

In the afternoon and evening we will have Tai Chi - a movement meditation where the body and breath unite in one rhythm.

🍃 Taoist practices, at first glance, are simple and airy, and you can feel it from the very first practice:

🌀 The course is tailored for both experienced and complete beginners and does not require any prior preparation to participate.

🌱 On the day we will also have:

Energy point (acupressure) workshop, during which we will learn how to help ourselves and others during pain and stressful situations;

How to deal with fatigue and lack of energy;

How to relieve discomfort in various organs;

We will work on static meditation and relaxation - for deep relaxation and restoration;

We will walk in the forest and do breathing exercises;

We will spend time with ourselves;

Retreat cost: 560 GEL

It is possible to pay the amount in two installments - the first half by September 15 - 280 GEL. The second half - by October 15.

In case of cancellation of registration before October 15, the amount paid will be refunded in full, minus 50 GEL for administrative and organizational costs.

Refunds will not be possible after October 15th .
