🐚 Who am I? - This is the deepest question we can ask ourselves. This seemingly insignificant question actually takes us back to the depths of our essence, to our heart - to God. The word "who" is one of the most deeply charged in any language.

🌿 On Wednesday, October 21, at 7:30 PM, a two-hour seminar will be held at Lumos, dedicated to meeting with the deepest layers of oneself, and will be led by Ninia Jokhadze.

Nina is a certified facilitator of dynamic meditations and tantra. Nina's experience will help you safely and deeply experience energy practices.

During the two-hour workshop, participants will sit in pairs, facing each other. One person asks the question: “Who is in you?” and the other person will answer the question for five minutes. During this time, the partner simply listens, without any feedback. After five minutes, the roles are reversed.

This profound, meditative practice was developed in America by Charles Berners-Lee in the 1960s, based on the works of the Indian mystic Ramana Maharshi. He called the process “the intensity of enlightenment.” Later, another Indian mystic, Osho, called it “the intensity of consciousness,” asking the question, “What is within you?”
