Ampuku Massage Workshop

Tama Gurgenidze

July 13 19:00 - 22:00

💠 Lumos continues its series of workshops on ancient Japanese holistic massage techniques, led by Tama, an oriental, manual and holistic therapist. This time, Jerry is on Ampuku.

On Monday, July 13, at 7:00 PM, a three-hour Ampuku massage workshop awaits you, during which you will have the opportunity to easily, at an amateur level, study this ancient and unique technique and, most importantly, use it independently and help your loved ones relieve stress and relax.

🤍 What is Ampuku?

It is an ancient Japanese holistic massage technique that works on the deep abdominal area and is performed using gentle, targeted pressure and rhythmic touch. This massage technique is unique in that it releases stress and emotions accumulated in the abdominal cavity, the “hara”, which is accompanied by a feeling of lightness, grounding and inner harmony.

Why is Ampuku massage useful?

Ampuku reduces physical tension, improves organ vitality, and restores emotional balance, stimulates the digestive process, and calms the nervous system.

The cost of attending the workshop is: 110 GEL

Tama visits Lumos in the summer and entertains us with a variety of practices, workshops, and individual massage sessions, detailed information about which can be found on our website.
